I know most of you reading this have tons of encounters already in your head or proven at the table. Clean one up and send it my way.

Guidelines

Maps are not required, but welcome. Stat blocks for creatures required. Game system is up to the author, but should be noted. Approximate level of the encounter should also be noted.

All entries must be submitted to me at chris@rpgrpgrpg.com by July 31st, 2018. Winners will be announced August 15th, 2018.

To submit an entry, you must be the original author and not be violating any copyrights. Prizes and judging will only be held if there are at least 10 submissions.

Prizes (you choose credit or cash)

First Place: $100 credit to my shop or $50 cash.

Second: $75 credit to my shop or $40 cash.

Third: $25 credit to my shop or $15 cash.

FAQs

Q: Am I losing my copyright ownership by submitting this?
A: No, you will retain your own copyright over the material, but you are giving permission to have the module published on my blog. Name credit will be given.

Q: Can I submit more than one encounter?
A: Yes.

Q: What file types can I send?
A: Most anything in widespread use - obviously PDF and Google Drive are the easiest.

Q: Will not having a map penalize me?
A: No - this is about good thinking and innovative ideas. Maps are welcome as well, though. 

Q: Any level requirements?
A: No - write for whatever level you like, but please indicate the range in the submission.
